With us you will find fresh and homemade pastries. Also we try our best to offer you mainly seasonal products from the region.
Our offer consists especially French pastries (tartes, flans, macarons, etc.) inspired mainly by the greatest French pastry chefs (Philippe Conticini, Yann Couvreur, Nina Metayer, etc.), but also classics such as cookies, madeleines, etc..
So that everyone can enjoy our creations, all our products are lactose-free. It is even possible to make many of these delicacies vegan. If desired, please feel free to send us a request at any time.
We are a Click & Collect service. All our products can be selected from our menu (Click) and ordered sending us a message. These orders can then be collected at us (Collect).

ABOUT US
Who are we?
My passion is baking and my significant other supports me!
My name is Idrissa Sawadogo, I am French and moved from Paris to German-speaking Switzerland over 10 years ago. I like it here very much, but what I miss are the small bakeries that you can find everywhere in France. They are called "Les Pâtisseries." They offer small but fine sweets that everyone loves in France. Here in German-speaking Switzerland, I also found bakeries that offer sweets, but not the variety I'm used to in France. At first, my partner never wanted to believe me that baked goods in France were completely different and kept saying that she didn't like sweet pastries that much - until the first time she tasted a dessert in a French pâtisserie in Paris. That changed her life.
To bring a piece of home with sweets, I watched once a live stream on Facebook of "Philippe Conticini", who is a well-known pastry chef in France. In it, he explained step by step how to make a raspberry rhubarb tart. The combination of missing the sweets and the fascination of the production explained, aroused my ambition to be able to create them myself. Thereby he showed me that anyone can also make at home what can be found in these "pâtisseries". So I dived more and more into the world of baking, which is huge. There are all kinds of techniques, different tarts, cakes, vennoiseries, several flavors and much more.
The beginning was hard because many tricks I did not know. I had and still have to refer to on various books, recipes and videos so I could and still can learn.
The fascination is growing day by day and with that I am happy to dive into this world with you..
